Autumn Beer Bread (adapted from my cousin Jeni)

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 12 oz. pumpkin beer
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together; pour dough into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Put loaf in a COLD oven and set temperature to 375 degrees.  Bake for 60 minutes.
